摘要
对爆炸冲击环境的产生、特点及危害、统计的必要性以及国内外相关标准进行了概述,介绍了主要的两种估计方法。对某系列导弹爆炸冲击环境统计,给出了谱数量足够大和不足够大时的统计结果,并对比了无参数上限统计和对数正态分布假设统计两种方法估计的结果,指出P95/50值用于验收试验的最高期望环境谱值更合理。结合我国航天型号的技术现状和发展要求,以及爆炸冲击试验一般是不可逆的特点,建议对现有的爆炸冲击环境数据建立数据库。
The pyroshock environmental characteristics,disadvantage,necessity of statistical estimate and environmental criteria are summarized in this paper.Pyroshock environments for certain missiles were estimated;the results of sufficiently large and not sufficiently large spectral values were given.The estimate results of envelope limit are compared with the estimate results of normal tolerance limit;95/50 normal tolerance limit was recommended,which was used as the maximum expected environments.Pyroshock test is commonly not iterative,and this paper suggests that the data of pyroshock environment is saved in the database.
