摘要 采用常压溶矿体系,对土壤或沉积物采用酸分解,ICP-MS测定其中的32个微量元素。研究了存在的干扰及校正方法。本方法具有较好的准确度和较低的检出限,适合于大批量地球化学调查分析。 Under atmospheric pressure system, soil or sediment was decomposed by inorganic acid and detected 32 micro elements simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The interference and correction methods were studied, and they could provide better accuracy, lower detection limit, and high efficiency for volume analysis of geochemistry.
