摘要
资源枯竭型煤炭企业的可持续发展是困扰衰退矿区的一大难题。以徐州矿务集团为例,在论述资源枯竭型煤炭企业循环经济发展现状的基础上,着重比较了矿产资源综合利用与清洁开采、洁净煤技术、矿区塌陷复垦及生态环境整治三种循环经济模式,最后给予相应的政策建议。
Sustainable development of decaying coal enterprises is a major problem plagued recession mines.Based on description of circular economy of decaying coal enterprises,this article focuses on three modes as comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and clean exploitation,clean coal enterprises,mine collapse reclamation and ecological environment improvement by taking Xuzhou Mining Group.Finally it offers suggestions.
