目前,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)作为化学分离分析的一种重要手段得到广泛应用。综述了高效液相色谱技术在食品中的农兽药成分残留、添加剂、霉菌毒素及其他食品营养成分分析中的应用。
At present,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was widely used as chemical separation and analysis of a kind of important method.This article summarizes the high performance liquid chromatography was used in the agriculture veterinary drug residue,additives,mycotoxin and other nutrition composition analysis.
