摘要
为有效预防颈椎前路手术后的近期并发症，总结了２６３ 例病人的护理体会。指出保持颈椎稳定性是预防植骨块脱出、碎裂、前移的关键。做好病人呼吸管理，保证呼吸道的通畅是护理工作的重点。密切观察伤口渗血情况和加强功能锻炼等也是预防并发症最为有效的方法。
To prevention the postoperative short term complications of anterior-approach to cervical vertebrace,the mursing experience of 263 cases were reported.Maintain the stability of cervical vertebrace was key element to guard against shed,smash and forward displacement of plant bone mass.The most important nursing works were managed respiratory and keep unobstructed respiratory tract of patients.Observed the incision oozing of blood and strengthen dirigation were also crucial to prevention the complications.
