摘要
军训是大一新生迈进大学校门后的第一课,是素质教育工作的重要组成部分。将近四十年的军训历史告诉我们,军训对于同学们履行自己的兵役义务,增强国防观念,历练自己的体魄和优秀精神品格具有极其重要的作用。然而,在军训中出现的种种问题使我们不得不在肯定军训意义的同时,重新审视新形势下大学生军训的形式内容和意义价值,认识到素质教育任务的长期性和艰巨性,明确辅导员在学生工作中的责任和义务,真正切实地做到为国家培养高素质的建设者和后备人才。
The military training is the first class for all freshmen,which is an important part of the quality education.The military training of 40 years＇ history proves that it has been playing an important role in fulfilling the compulsory military service,enhancing the awareness of the national defense,exercising and training the students＇ fine spiritual characters.However,the problems arising from the military training make one review not only the purpose of the military training,but also its forms under the new circumstance.Also,these problems make ones recognize that quality education is the long-term and arduous work,clearly cut the supervisors＇ duties and obligations,efficiently help cultivate the reserve talents of high quality for our country.
