摘要
随着我国法治改革进程的发展,法律职业的问题日益受到社会的关注。通过法律职业及其共同体的参与和努力推进司法改革、实现法制现代化,已成为法律界的基本共识。法律共同体是在对于法律事业团体性的研究中,由法官、检察官、律师以及法学家等组成的法律职业群体。群体成员间相互作用、相互联系、相互制约,从而形成一个没有疆域的法律事业共同体、解释共同体以及协作共同体。建立高度专业化的同一的法律职业共同体,是现代法治国家的基本要求和共同特征。
With the development of law and order＇s reform,legal profession has become a social focus.Participation and effort of legal profession and its community promote the legal modernization,which is a common sense.Legal community is made up of judge,public prosecutor,lawyer and legal expert.The members interact with each other and connect with each other.This community is a high professional identical legal one which is a requirement and feature of modern legal country.
