对肿瘤抗原的认识历经了多个阶段，最后终于确定了它们的存在并以肿瘤排斥性抗原肽（ＴＲＡＰ）为研究的主要方向。伴随着免疫学等学科的发展，研究ＴＲＡＰ的方法也在不断进步。大量ＴＲＡＰ的发现和应用，不仅为肿瘤病因学研究提供了实验基础，也为肿瘤免疫治疗拓展了新的途径。对ＴＲＡＰ
It has taken several periods before the existence of tumor antigens are proved and their new direction is considered as tumor rejection antigen peptides(TRAP).The procedures of researching TRAP are in great progress with the development of Immunology and other subjects.The discovery and application of a great number of TRAP not only provide experimental basement for tumor etiology,but also widen the ways of tumor immunotherapy.The research on TRAP gives us much beneficial enlightenment in the philosophic fields.
