机油控制阀的流量特性试验 被引量:4

摘要 基于机油控制阀(OCV阀)是可变正时气门机构中的核心部件,研制了机油控制阀单体流量测试实验装置。通过调节不同占空比控制信号来控制阀口的开度,测试出了不同的油压与油温下机油控制阀的工质流量特性,从而得到了不同条件下机油控制阀的工质流量特性曲线。 Based on that the oil control valve (OCV) is the core components of the variable valve timing institution, the monomer of the oil control valve flow test device is designed. By adjusting the different duty ratios to control the mouth open of the oil control valve, the working characteristics of flow control in different hydraulic pressures and temperatures are tested, and the oil control flow characteristic curves of the oil control valve are obtained under the different conditions.
