摘要 为降低系统采购成本,根据微混系统的工作特点及蓄电池充放电特性,设计了一种仅根据电压监测蓄电池状态的方法,从而取消了现有微混系统所广泛采用的电池传感器。实车试验结果表明:所提出的蓄电池状态监测方法可用于微混系统,能够保证怠速起停功能正常;与采用电池传感器的微混系统相比,在法规工况下可达到同样的节油效果;但在实际行驶路况下,节油效果降低15%。 In this paper, in order to cut down costs, a method of monitoring battery state only according to voltage is designed by analyzing the characteristics of the micro-hybrid system and battery charging/discharging performance to get rid of the battery sensor, which is widely used in micro-hybrid system. The vehicle tests show that the proposed method can be applied to micro-hybrid system and ensure idling start/stop function normal. Comparing to the system using the battery sensor, the fuel consumption is the same in standard condition, while the rate of fuel saving is 15% in real traffic.
