摘要
选择30头干奶期的奶牛,随机分为对照组、烟酸铬组和酵母铬组,对照组饲喂基础日粮;烟酸铬组饲喂基础日粮+烟酸铬0.5g/kg精料;酵母铬组饲喂基础日粮+酵母铬0.5g/kg精料。研究热应激期日粮中分别添加烟酸铬、酵母铬对干乳期奶牛直肠温度、呼吸率及血液指标的影响,结果表明:在热应激条件下,烟酸铬组和酵母铬组都有利于缓解奶牛的热应激状态,但酵母铬组更有利于血糖的提高和甘油三酯的降低,相对于预试期,试验期30d时烟酸铬组与酵母铬组血糖含量分别增加了354%与478%;同时甘油三酯分别降低了18.18%与27.78%。
Thirty Holstein cows in dry lactating period were randomIy divided into the control group,the chromium nicotinate group and the chromium yeast group. A feeding experiment was carried out for 63 days,in which the chromium nicotinate group was added with 0.5 g chromium nicotinate/kg,the chromium yeast group concentrate was added with 0.5 g chromium yeas/kg concentrate. The results indicated that adding chromium nicotinate/chromium yeas to the diet of dairy cows alleviated the heat-stressd performance,increased blood glucose,and reduced the triglyceride. Blood glucose could be increased by 354% and 478% by chromium nicotinate and chromium yeas,respectively; triglyceride could be reduced by 18.18% and 27.78% by chromium nicotinate and chromium yeas,respectively.
