摘要
在胶园自然条件下,对来自东南亚的6个橡胶树品系和目前的生产上大规模应用的3个品种抗炭疽病性能进行调查和分析,并在炭疽病治理和植株恢复后,对各种系SPAD值、光合速率及其相关的生理生态因子进行测定,分析9个橡胶种系的叶绿素水平、光合速率以及各因子对光合速率的影响。结果表明:9个橡胶种系在胶园自然状态下,对炭疽病的抗病性存在着一定的差异,其中热试7、热试08-1和热试10的表现较好;不同橡胶种系SPAD值有所不同,但大多数叶绿素含量处于相当的水准,种系间未出现显著的差异性;在苗期,参试橡胶种系叶片净光合速率的影响因子有所不同,但气孔导度是除热试6-2外8个种系叶片净光合速率的决定因子,蒸气压亏缺是所有供试材料Pn的限制因子。
The resistance against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of 6 rubber tree strains from southeast asia and 3 cultivars which have been extensively applied in production were investigated in natural rubber plantation and analyzed.The SPAD values and photosynthes rates of nine varieties and their related physiological and ecological factors were measured after Colletotrichum gloeosporioides had been controlled and plant recovered. The chlorophyll contents,photosynthes rates,and effects of all the factors on photosynthes rates were analyzed. The results indicated that there are some differences in the resistance of 9 cultivars,Reshi 7,Reshi 08-1 and Reshi 10 were better than other cultivars. Although the SPAD values of all the tested rubber tree cultivar were different,most cultivars were equivalent in chlorophyll content,without significant difference. Coefficient analysis showed that the affecting factors in net photosynthetic rate were different in the nine rubber tree cultivars used in this study at the seedling stage. Stomatal conductance was the primary physiological ecological determining factor in the characteristics of photosynthesis of eight cultivars,except for Reshi 6-2. VpdL was the main ecological limiting factor in the characteristics of photosynthesis.
