摘要
目的:研究远洋卫星测控作业中的高温、高湿、噪声、微波、短波等有害环境因素共同作用下参试人员免疫球蛋白含量的变化,以了解对于体液免疫的影响。方法:分别于远洋前和远洋后对60 名观察对象进行免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM的检测。结果:远洋后IgG、IgA、IgM 三者均显著升高( P< 0 .001),且增幅明显高于文献报道的值。结论:在远洋卫星测控作业中,人体免疫球蛋白含量的变化是显著的。
Objective:In order to observe the combined effect of harmful environmental factors such as high temperature,high humidity,noise,microwave,short wave on the humoral immunity of human bodies during inspection and control of satellites during an ocean voyage, the content changes of immunoglobulins are investigated.Methods:The content of immunoglobulins (IgG,IgA,IgM) in serums of 60 oceangoing participants before and after voyage was measured.Results:There was significant increase in IgG,IgA and IgM after ocean voyage(P<0.001),which was much higher than the increase reported in the literature. Conclusion:These results suggested that the changes of immunoglobulins content on the ocean voyage were significant.
