摘要
近年来出现的"民工荒"现象引发了人们的关注,它的日益严重同时暴露出了我国农民工职业化方面的问题。从职业社会学的视角看,我国虽有典型的农民工职业却一直未能实现农民工的职业化。通过对农民工个人相关调查资料的分析,发现我国农民工的职业化缺失既有农民工知识能力不足的原因,也在于农民工自身的务工经历不但未能帮助他们的职业化发展,反而形成新的职业化障碍,农民工难以形成明确的职业意识。
In recent years,the phenomenon of the shortage of migrant workers catches the eye of the whole society,which shows the problem pertaining to professionalization. Based on sociology of profession,the paper maintains that in China there are typical professions of migrant workers. However,it is impossible for migrant workers to realize professionalization. Built on the survey of the personal information of migrant workers,it is found out that the lack of professionalization not only because of their poor knowledge but also because of poor opportunities. Though migrant workers take up different jobs,the experience obstructs their way of obtaining new job instead of adding opportunities to their job-hunting. Therefore,it is difficult for migrant workers to have definite consciousness on their future career.
