摘要
通过分析和总结南通市在环境保护与经济建设方面所取得的成就、经验及做法,研究经济、环境和政府三者相互关系,分析了区域经济发展过程中存在的环保问题,探讨了促进区域经济与环境保护协调发展的制度、政策及具体的实施途径。
Through analyzing the achievements and experience of Nantong City in environmental protection and economic development,the paper explored the correlations between economy,environment and government.It discussed enviromental protection problems arising in the process of regional economic development,and explored the institutions,policies as well as ways of implementation which might promote the coodinative development of regional economy and environmental protection.
