摘要
高职院校贫困生因其家庭经济和社会资源等方面的弱势,在就业时面临更大的就业压力,相应的其就业心理也会表现出一定的特殊性。在分析高职院校贫困生就业心理特点的基础上,进一步揭示其成因,并提出了针对高职院校贫困生就业心理特点进行调适的建议。
Due to the weaknesses in family and social resources,the needy students in higher vocational colleges are faced with greater pressure from employment,and accordingly show special psychologies in the employment.Having analyzed the characteristics of their employment psychologies as well as the causes,the paper puts forward proposals to help adjust their employment psychologies in higher vocational colleges.
