1,4-双[4-(2-氨基-5-苯基)噻唑基]苯及其聚酰亚胺的合成及性能 被引量:8

摘要 以1 ,4双( 苯乙酰基) 苯为原料,合成了新有机二胺化合物———1 ,4双[4(2氨基5苯基) 噻唑基] 苯,以此二胺或4 ,4’二氨基二苯醚和3 ,3’,4 ,4’二苯酮四酸二酐反应制备出新型的聚酰亚胺均聚物和共聚物,研究了它们的耐温性能。 Bis[4 (2 amino 4 phenyl)thiazoleyl] benzene wasfirstsynthesized from 1 ,4 bis(benzeneacetyl) benzene. The synthetic routes are shown in thefollowing equations : The structure of 1 ,4 bis[4 (2 amino 4 phenyl)thiazoleyl]benzene was confirmed by I R,1 H N M R,13 C N M Rand elementalanalysis. The novelpolyimide( T I B) and copolyimide( T I B O)containing thiazole ring were prepared by reacting 1 ,4 bis[4 (2 amino 5 phenyl)thiazoleyl]benzene or/and 4 ,4′ diaminodiphenyl ether with 3 ,3′,4 ,4′ benzophenone tetracarboxylicdianhdride. Their films exhibited good thermal oxidative stability . The decompositiontemperatures in air and in nitrogen were 499 ,488 ℃ (for polyimide) and 510 ,498 ℃copolyimide, respectively . The copolyimide ( T I B O) film was converted into electricalconductor by pyrolysis at 1200 ℃in nitrogen atmosphere . The room temperature conductivityfor pyrolyzed T I B O was as high as 64 S/m and it was very stable in air.
