摘要
文章以郫县乡村酒店为例,通过对抽样调查数据分析得出影响酒店顾客体验质量的相关因素,同时指出郫县乡村酒店在开展体验营销中存在的问题并提出具体对策。
Experience marketing plays an important role in administration of the hotel and other service enterprises.Through the analysis of survey data obtained from Pixian Village Hotel,we discover the related factors which affect the quality of hotel customers,experience.The problems existing in the process of carrying out experience marketing in Pixian Village Hotel are pointed out as well.At the same time,the specific measures are also provided.
