摘要
通过对田径跑跳项目运动员运动训练中髋、膝关节的运动特点、力学特征和髋、膝部解剖变化的研究对髂径束摩擦征损伤机理进行了探讨,为预防其发病、健康训练提供支持。
This paper tackles the mechanism of Iciotibial tract frication injury injury mechanism based on the study of the movement features, mechanical characteristics and anatomic analysis of the changes of the hip and knee in running and Jumping athletes' training, in the hope of providing advices for the prevention of injuries and for harmless training.
