摘要
培养研究生的创新能力是素质教育的必然要求,是应对社会激烈竞争的必要举措,为建设创新型国家提供一流人力资源保障。体育专业硕士研究生创新力的培养,主要通过建立创新能力导向的研究生课程体系、推进教学理念和培育模式改革、加强创新型导师队伍的建设、建立全方位的创新型人才培育的激励制度等路径来完成。
As a requirement of quality education, the cultivation of innovative ability in graduate students is a must to meet fierce social competition and a guarantee for first-class human resources for the cause of constructing an innovative country. The paper, in the light of comprehensive analysis of graduate students＂ innovative ability, puts forward a series of approaches to increasingly improving innovative ability of graduate students, including setting up innovation-oriented graduate curriculum system, spurring reform in teaching concept and training pattern, strengthening the construction of tutor team of innovation and establishing comprehensive incentive mechanisms,etc.
