摘要
目的观察运用补肺活血胶囊结合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗临床尘肺患者对肺通气功能的影响。方法 本组患者82例,其中煤工尘肺一期10例,矽肺一期52例,矽肺二期20例,均有咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷症状、肺部罗音等,所有患者均给予补肺活血胶囊1.4 g/次,口服3次/d,疗程60 d,同时结合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,每次灌洗1个肺叶,共5个肺叶,观察临床症状和肺通气功能、血气分析和免疫指标的变化。结果咳嗽、胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难和肺部罗音等体征明显改善,肺通气功能,PaCO2、PaO2水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺活血胶囊结合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗能够改善各期尘肺患者临床症状,提高其通气功能,改善患者生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of bufeihuoxue capsule combined with bronchoalveolar lavage on pulmonary ventilation function of pneumoconiosis patients.Methods Eighty two cases were treated,including 10 cases of coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis（phase I） 52 silicosis cases（phase I）,20 silicosiscases cases（phase II）.Nearly all the patients had cough,sputum,frowsty bosom and pulmonary rales.All patients were treated with bufeihuoxue capsule at dosage of 1.4g each time,three times a day,the treatment course was 60 days,combined with bronchoalveolar lavage by lavaging one pulmonary lobe each time,5 pulmonary lobes in total.The changes of cinical manifestations,pulmonary ventilation function,blood gas analysis and immunological indices were observed.Results The results showed that cough,frowsty bosom,palpitation,dyspnea and pulmonary rales were mitigated obviously,the differences on ventilatory functions and PaCO2,PaO2 levels were significant compared with those before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Bufeihuoxue capsule combined with BAL could be used to mitigate the symptoms of pneumoconiosis patients in different phase,obviously in improving pulmonary ventilation function and the quality of life.
