SAPO-34分子筛催化剂的保护方法研究

摘要 SAPO-34分子筛焙烧活化后对低于水临界温度的环境十分敏感。在空气中暴露一定时间后结晶度很快降低,分子筛催化活性降低。保留分子筛孔道内的模板剂、用含碳材料或非水条件下用气体、液体覆盖在催化剂活性位、高分子固体包覆在催化剂外表面、NH3、醛类或水蒸气环境下保持分子筛催化活性,是保护SAPO-34分子筛和成型催化剂活性的有效方法。 The activated SAPO-34 molecular sieve after calcination is highly sensitive to water below the critical temperature. The crystallinity and the catalytic activity of SAPO-34 molecular sieve deceased quickly while its exposure to water. The reservation of template, the coverage of active sites with carbonaceous materials, gas and liquid under non-water condition, polymer solid coating on the external surface, NH3 aldehyde or steam protection of SAPO-34 are effective methods for keeping the activity for SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst and forming catalyst.
