摘要
建设工程施工承包合同管理是施工企业项目管理的的重要组成部分,是施工企业安排施工、进行索赔、控制工程成本和进行竣工结算的主要依据。文章对如何加强合同签订前管理和合同履行过程中的管理,进行了分析论证,在具体的施工合同管理实践中,具有一定的参考价值。
The management of contract management of engineering construction is one of the most important parts of project management of construction enterprises and it is one of the main standards to construction arrangement, to claim for compensation, to engineer cost control and to settlement of completed projects. The article presented an analysis on how to tighten up the management of contract before signing and in implementation that performed as a reference for specific and practical contract management.
