摘要
机械产品的设计过程包括概念设计、参数化设计和详细设计三个阶段,骨架模型是实现自上而下设计的一种方法,骨架模型捕捉并定义设计意图和产品结构,以点、线、面、截面等作为设计基准和依据。在机械装置的零件设计过程中,每个零件都可以严格遵循设计数据与结构,通过对骨架模型的参数化设计可以实现平口钳的整体参数化设计和系列化设计。
The design process of machine product includes three stages:concept design, parametric design and designs in detail. Skeleton model is a kind of method which designs from top to bottom. Skeleton model catches and defines design intention and product structure. Design basis from the datum point, datum axis,datum curve, datum planes and section. In the design process of mechanical device, the parts can strictly follow to design data and structure. Through parametric design for skeleton model, we can achieve parametric designs and a whole set of designs for bench vice.
