Hydrothermal Synthesis and Characterization of PbTiO_3 Powders Derived from the Neutral Medium

摘要 PbTiO 3 with a perovskite phase has been hydrothermally synthesized without the alkaline mineralizer, and the characterization of PbTiO 3 powders by XRD, TEM and other techniques is also given in detail. Compared with other processes, this method can give the excellent ceramics powders free from the contamination by foreign materials.
