摘要
舞钢新宽厚钢板厂4 100 mm四辊轧机,自2007年2月投产以来,由于设计原因,丝母齿面磨损严重被迫多次抢修更换,经历了压下系统丝杠丝母由不稳定到稳定的一个过程。本文以该轧机丝杠丝母的结构为基础,分析了故障产生的原因,针对其结构进行合理的改造,获得了成功。
Due to design reason and severe worn tooth faces of the screws and nuts,the screws and nuts of the 4 100 mm four high plate mill in Wuyang New Wide and Heavy Steel Plate Rolling Plant have had to be repaired and replaced several times since the start-up in February of 2007.The author witnessed the whole process of screws and nuts of the screwdown system from instable to stabile operation.Based on the design of screws and nuts of the mill,the article analyzes the causes of the failures and proposes a proper modification on the design,which is successful.
