摘要
在我国烟草行业卷烟机设备中,PROTOS 70系列卷烟机占有相当大的比例,并已成为目前国内各家卷烟厂的主流卷烟机机型。该类机型采用了继电器和分立元件组成的逻辑电路板系统进行控制,大量的各类继电器以及电子线路板构成了繁杂的电气逻辑系统,因此维护成本很高。随着工业控制技术不断提高,从2001年开始,德国虹霓(HAUNI)公司重新开发出了采用INTERBUS总线型方案的PROTOS E-8卷烟机,考虑到我国工业企业中SIEMENS产品使用较为广泛,德国虹霓2002年又开发了基于PROFIBUS总线方案的卷烟机。目前,我国正在商谈引进事宜。但是,全部技术文档和资料转让费用相当昂贵,因此,依靠我国国内的技术力量对现有的基于电子线路逻辑控制系统的PROTOS卷烟机进行改造,是提升设备档次、减少设备维护成本的有效途径。笔者就Protos70卷烟机电优点以及系统的常见疑难问题进行了分析,期望对本行业有一定的参考作用。
In the tobacco industry cigarette machine equipment protos 70 series of cigarettes,quite a large scale and has become the domestic the cigarette factory the mainstream of the cigarette machine model.the model adopted relay and division of a logic element appears to control systems of various types of relays and electronic circuit boards constitute the many electrical maintenance costs and therefore logical system.With the industrial control technology is improving,from 2001,the rainbow(hauni) company to be developed in the solution of linear interbus protos e utf-8 cigarettes,consider our industrial enterprises in siemens products widely used in a rainbow in 2002,germany and developed based on the cigarette machine profibus bus.At present,our country is about to introduce matters.however,all documents and information technology transfer fees are quite expensive,therefore,depends on our domestic technology strength for the existing electronic circuits is based on logic to control system protos cigarette machine is to upgrade the equipment for levels and maintenance equipment cost effective way.this is the electrical and mechanical strength protos70 cigarettes,and the common system difficult question was analysed and has a certain direction.
