摘要
从高速加工的特殊工艺要求出发,提出高速加工刀具轨迹生成的基本原则和方法以及适应于高速加工的CAM系统的设计要求。详细阐述了模具高速加工的刀具轨迹策略,包括进刀、退刀、移刀和走刀方式。对比分析了不同刀具轨迹的特点。对实际加工过程中的典型型面,提出编程应该注意的问题。
From the view of special requirements of high-speed machining on process,the basic principle and method for creating the high speed machining tool path and CAM system design requirements adapted to high-speed machining are proposed.The tool path strategy of mold high-speed machining is explained in detail,including approaching/retracting tool,moving tool and tool path.The characteristics of the different tool path are contrasted and analyzed.The points should be paid more attention while programming typical surfaces in practice machining.
