摘要
介绍了发动机再制造产业的现状和发展,对我国发展发动机再制造产业的必要性及遇到的问题进行了分析,并对发动机再制造各种加工技术进行了说明,阐述了清洗、电刷镀、高速电弧热喷涂、堆焊、激光熔覆等再制造表面处理技术以及在发动机零部件再制造中的应用。
The introduction on the status of the engine remanufacturing industry and development is fully presented.The development of the engine remanufacturing industry of the necessity and the problems encountered are in-depth analyzed.Varieties of engine remanufacturing processing techniques are described.Described cleaning,brush plating,high-speed electric arc thermal spraying,welding,laser cladding and other surface treatment remanufacturing technology and their application on engine components.
