摘要
综合分析我国门急诊护理工作面临的矛盾及应对方面存在的问题,发现我国门急诊护理工作主要面临工作性质与流程布局、工作需求与资源配置、持续心理应激与护士心理超负荷、专科队伍建设要求与人才流失、护理自身发展需求与急诊医疗水平落后、高风险与低回报等6大矛盾,我国在针对上述矛盾的应对方面也存在管理部门重视不够、应对措施实施困难、部分应对方式不当、护士自身消极四方面问题。针对存在的矛盾与问题提出对策,以期通过各级卫生管理部门、医院管理者、媒体等提高认识、加大投入、加强保障、提供关爱、注重实效、争取理解等举措,改善我国门急诊护理工作现状,以促进我国门急诊护理作工快速发展。
This paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the problems with nursing in outpatient emergency department and the problems are concluded as follows:nursing feature,nursing order,nursing requirement,resource distribution, nurses' mental pressure,professional team construction,talented nurses drain,backward emergency medical care,high risk and low reward.In coping with these problems,there is lack of concerns from the management department,ineffective measure and inappropriate approaches.This paper tries to provide some suggestions and solutions to help raise the awareness of outpatient emergency nursing and finally improve the present condition and promote the nursing development of outpatient emergency department.
