摘要
目地:探讨支撑喉镜下显微手术的护理配合。方法:回顾性分析声带息内、声带小结、声带囊肿患者316例患者手术资料。结果:全组患者麻醉及手术过程均平稳安全,术后病人恢复良好,症状改善理想。结论:积极有效的护理配合是确保支撑喉镜下喉显微手术成功的重要环节。
Objective:To explore self-retaining laryngoscope cooperation in micro-surgery care.Methods:The total of 316 cases with vocal cord polyp,vocal nodules and vocal cord cysts has been reviewed in the past three years in our hospital. Results:It was found that all the patients were stable and safe during the course of anesthesia and operation,and that they were well recovered and greatly improved after operation.Conclusion:The positive and effective care may ensure the success of self-retaining laryngoscope laryngeal microsurgery.
