摘要
目的及时掌握五峰土家族自治县(简称五峰县)人群死亡原因及特点,为制定疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法全县人群死亡信息采用网络直报的方式,数据统计分析采用中国疾病预防控制中心系统的Death-reg2005死亡医学登记系统。结果 2007-2009年,五峰县居民的粗死亡率为6.08‰,标化死亡率为8.60‰。男女死亡比为1.44∶1。居民前5位死因分别为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤及消化系统疾病。结论慢性病和意外伤害是危害人民生命健康的主要原因,应有针对性地开展疾病预防以及健康教育、健康促进工作,提高居民对慢性病的预防保健意识,减少疾病和意外的发生。
Objective To understand the major death cause and the rank of death cause in Wufeng County in 2007-2009,so as to provide basis to establish strategy for the prevention and control of diseases.Methods A disease surveillance system was established to analyze the monitored data from 2007 to 2009 according to the China information system for diseases control and prevention.Results The average death rate of the people in Wufeng County was 6.08‰,the standardized rate was 8.6‰,the proportion of male to female was 1.44：1.The top five death causes were cerebro-vascular diseases,cardiac diseases,injury and poisoning,malignant tumors and digestive system diseases.Conclusions Chronic diseases and accidents were the main causes threatening people＇s health.Targeted health education should be promoted,and health awareness of people should be increased to reduce the incidence of disease and accident.
