摘要
目的了解白纹伊蚊种群在湖北省各地不同生境、不同积水容器中的孳生分布特点,为控制登革热媒介提供科学依据。方法在2009年6~10月对湖北省部分地区城市居民小区和农村自然村两种生境进行登革热主要媒介横断面调查,通过容器指数、房屋指数和布雷图指数计算幼虫密度;成蚊调查使用人帐诱捕法。结果各地月平均BI、CI和HI6月最高,分别为44.7%、20.5%和26.5%,10月份最低,呈逐月下降趋势;农村自然村平均BI(28.2%)和HI(21.2%)明显高于城市居民小区;积水容器城市居民小区以暂时性容器为主,农村自然村则以永久性容器主。永久性容器平均CI农村明显高于城市,暂时性容器平均CI城市明显高于农村;湖北省登革热主要媒介监测仅发现白纹伊蚊。结论湖北省白纹伊蚊种群分布特征因不同积水容器、不同城乡环境而异,分布广泛,且密度较高,存在由登革热输入性病例导致本地感染流行的风险。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of Aedes albopictus population in different areas in Hubei Province,particularly in different environments,different water containers,so as to provide scientific basis for the control of dengue vector.Methods A cross-sectional survey of dengue vector in two kinds of environment:city residential area and rural natural village,was performed in some districts of Hubei from June to October,2009.The larva density was calculated by Breteau Index(BI),Container Index(CI)and House Index(HI).The investigation of adult mosquito was trapped by mosquito net.Results The monthly average of BI,CI and HI in June was 44.7%,20.5% and 26.5% respectively,which was the highest among the three months,and descended monthly to the lowest point in October.In rural natural villages,the average BI(28.2%)and the average HI(21.2%)were evidently higher than those in city residential area.Most of the water containers in city residential areas were just temporary,while most of the water containers in rural natural villages were permanent.The average permanent CI of rural villages was obviously higher than that of the city residential areas,and the average temporary CI of city residential areas was obviously higher than that of rural villages.The main dengue vector was Aedes albopictus in some districts of Hubei.Conclusions The distribution characteristics of Aedes albopictus in Hubei province depends on the different water containers and different environments,It has wide distribution with high density.Therefore,there is a risk of dengue fever epidemic caused by an imported infection.
