摘要
文章以曲面型腔模具为载体,应用CAXA制造工程师软件完成对产品进行三维建模,对零件加工工艺进行分析,并比较几种加工方案,生成刀具加工轨迹进行数控仿真加工。在加以验证后,提出了较为合适的加工方案,生成G代码,最后利用数控机床对产品进行加工,提高了加工精度与生产效率,节约了成本。
Taking curved-surface cavity mold as example and based on CAXA manufacturing engineer software,the paper establishes the three-dimensional modeling of the products to realize the tool path for CNC simulation processing,and presents an optimal project to generate G code with great precision,high productivity,and low cost comparing with several processing schemes.
