摘要
如何应对公安机关网络舆论危机,已经成为公安工作中必须面对和亟待研究与解决的问题。一个基本的共识是沟通应当成为公安机关网络舆论危机管理中最重要的工具。然而,公安机关只有梳理当前危机沟通中存在的问题,树立民主宪政、行政法治、执法为民等理念,增强网络危机的沟通技能,培植网络危机沟通的中坚力量以及推进网络危机沟通的制度化建设,才能保障危机沟通的有效性。
Public Security Organization has to face and research and resolve an urgent issues,that is how to deal with network public opinion crisis. It should be a basic consensus that communication is one of the most important tools of the public security organizaiton＇s managing public crisis in Network. However,in order to guarantee the effectiveness of crisis of communication,public security organization should establish these concept such as democracy and constitutionalism,administrative law,law enforcement for people,ect.,strengthen the network crisis communication skills and foster communication to promote the institutionalization of the network construction.
