摘要
高校后勤队伍是高校人力资源的重要组成部分,人才队伍的建设是高校后勤改革与建设的重要内容,因此高校必须重视后勤队伍建设。可以高校后勤队伍存在的主要问题出发,分析探索了在后勤社会化形势下加强高校后勤队伍建设的思路与方法。
Rear-Service Team is an important part of college human resource and the team construction is the main content for college Rear-Service reform.So colleges must attach great importance to its Rear-Service team construction.This paper,starts from the major problems in college Rear-Service team,explores thoughts and methods in strengthening college Rear-Service team construction against the backdrop of rear-service socialization.
