摘要
近年来,高职院校职业技能竞赛的开展有白热化的趋势,各级各类的竞赛五花八门、层出不穷。尤其是2008年全国职业技能大赛举办后,在全国的职业院校掀起了"竞赛热"、"夺金热"。透过这些现象的背后,我们需要思考我国职业教育技能竞赛真正的本质属性是什么?在分析当前职业技能竞赛的现状和问题后,或可发现问题产生的原因,进而为职业技能竞赛的理性回归提出建议及对策。
In recent years,skill contest is receiving increasingly popularity in higher vocational colleges and contests of all levels come out constantly.Especially after the 2008 National Vocational Skill Contest,vocational colleges across the country are involved in the＂Contest Rush＂and＂Gold Medal Rush＂.Behind the phenomena, we need to think the true nature of skill contest in our vocational education.After analyzing the situation and problems of the current vocational skill contests,we may find the origin of the problem and then give rational suggestions and countermeasures.
