合成出了直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相.用该固定相首次拆分了一系列硒代甘油醚对映异构体.讨论了流动相组成和样品结构对保留和拆分的影响.
A chiral stationary phase was prepared by coating amylose-tas(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) onto aminopropylated silica gel. It was used for the optical resolution of a series of glycerin monoselenides and glycerin bisulfide. All the enantiomers of the monoselenides examined could be resolved but that of the bisulfides couldn' t. The structural character of the samples dial influence chiral resolution as discussed. An interaction model between the stationary phase and the samples was presented.
