摘要
提出测定阿司匹林铜新药的反相高效液相色谱分析方法.采用国产YWQ C_(18)柱,在25℃下,甲醇:水(含0.08%正磷酸):丙酮=11.4:8.6:1.1为流动相,苯甲酸为内标,药用标准阿司匹林和水杨酸为对照品,在UV-235nm下检测阿司匹林铜和杂质水杨酸铜的含量;阿司匹林铜、水杨酸铜的检出限分别为0.87mg/L、2.46mg/L;阿司匹林铜的回收率为99.0%~100.50%;水杨酸铜的回收率为99.2%~100.5%.
A method for determining copper aspirinate [Cu( ASA)2 ]2 has been studied by using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with YWQ C18 column, MeOH:H2O (containing 0.08% H3PO4):CH3COCH3(11 .4:8.6:1.1) as mobile phase and UV-235 nm as detector. The results showed that [Cu(ASA)2]2 and copper salicylate [Cu(SA)2]2 could separated satisfactorily. The detection limits of [Cu(ASA)2]2 and [Cu(SA)2]2 were 0.87 mg/L, 2.46 mg/L respectively and the corresponding recoveries were 99.0%-100.5% .
