摘要
钢铁工业是河北省建设沿海经济强省的第一大战略支撑产业,科技创新是提升产业竞争力的根本途径,河北省钢铁产业与全国重点钢铁企业相比自主创新能力薄弱,河北省钢铁企业应该在加强自主创新力量的基础上注重消化吸收再创新、增加研发投入、以下游产业需求为导向不断完善创新体系。
The steel industry is the first strategic industry in Hebei province in enhancing its status as the strong sea-side province,and the scientific and technology innovations are the essential way to increse its competition capability of the industry.The steel industry in Hebei province compared with the key domestic steel industry enterprises,is still low in its innovation capability.The steel industry enterprises in Hebei province should enhance their capability in innovation,assimilation and reinnovation,and furthermore increase funds in research and development,constantly perfect the innovation system oriented in downstream requirements.
