摘要
当前,职业教育进入了最好的发展时期,取得了巨大成绩,但与此同时,学生的就业问题却日益凸显,特别是苏北地区五年制高职涉农专业的学生,他们整体就业处于低水平、低工资、不对口等状态。造成这一现象的主客观因素很多,其中重要的原因是由于他们存在不良就业心理。因此必须通过提高学生自身就业能力、加强就业观念教育、注重就业信息服务以及就业指导教师队伍建设等,并对学生进行良好的就业心理指导,促进学生成功就业。
At present vocational education comes into the best developing period,having achieved great success.However, at the same time students＇ employment problem becomes obvious,especially the students in agriculture-related major of five-year higher vocational colleges in northern Jiangsu,whose overall employment is in the condition of low level,low wages and unsuitable direction.There are many subjective and objective factors causing this phenomenon,among which the most important one is they have incorrect employment psychology.Therefore,the employment ability of students themselves should be improved,and the education of employment idea should be strengthened.It should be paid attention to for employment information service and the construction of employment guiding teaching staff.Students should be carried out a good training of employment psychology to promote their successful employment.
