摘要
从教师和学生心理发展的角度,分析了大学生思想政治教育工作存在的问题,指出教师应增强对职业角色、学生、思想政治教育工作、自身人格的认知,发挥服务理念、情感因素、实践载体、人格魅力在思想政治教育中的特殊作用,从而全面推进大学生思想政治教育工作,使之提升到更高的水平。
From the psychological development of teachers and students,this paper analyzes the existing problems in ideological and political education of college students and points out that teachers should strengthen the cognition of professional role,the students,ideological and political education work,own personality,giving the full play to the special function of service idea,emotion factor,practice carrier,and personality charm in ideological and political education so as to promote the work of ideological and political education to a higher level.
