摘要
职业价值观是个体在成长过程中因受各种因素影响以及在不同职业经历和不同年龄状况下逐渐确立的。它决定了职业生涯规划的方向,并影响主客体对职业生涯规划的判断。以思想政治教育为手段,加强职业价值观教育,是成功实施职业生涯规划的基石。
Vocational value is gradually established when individual is in the course of growing-up because of the influence of various factors and the condition of different career experiences and different ages.It decides the direction of vocational career planning,and affects the judgment of subject and object for vocational career planning.With the method of thought politics education,strengthening the education of vocational value is the footstone of implementing vocational career planning successfully.
