摘要
在对产学研合作各方目标需求分析的基础上,探讨建立系统、科学的产学研合作评估指标体系,以期通过评估来促进过程管理的规范化和各方目标需求的实现,保证企业、高校和科研机构形成创新合力,助推以企业为主体的技术创新体系的建立和发展。
Based on the demand analysis of all parties in the integration of industry,academia and research,the paper proposes a scientific evaluation index system for the integration,with the aim of promoting standardization of process management and implementing target demands of all parties. The system enables enterprises,colleges and institutes to join their innovation ability,helping the establishment and development of enterprise-oriented technology innovation.
