摘要
为解决会议筹备过程中宾馆预订、会议室租借和客车租赁决策问题,针对与会代表数量的随机特性,以费用最省、管理方便和代表满意为目标,建立了一个会议筹备问题的数学模型,并以2009年全国大学生数学建模竞赛D题数据为背景,得到具体的决策方案.
A mathematical model for conference preparations is established to address such problems as hotel room reservations,conference room and bus rental.The model yields the least cost,easy management and satisfaction of representatives.A specific solution is obtained based on the data of question D in 2009 China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling（CUMCM）.
