摘要
人力资本、社会资本对高校教师工作的意义已受到学界关注,但一方面未有研究给出实证结果,另一方面社会资本对教师工作的影响尚未探明。我们以8所高校的教师作为被试,对两种资本与高校教师工作业绩的关系进行实证分析发现:两种资本的累积有益于教师工作业绩的提高;社会资本在社会参与度和网络差异维度上对业绩有显著正影响。
The value of human capital and social capital in the work of university faculty was paid attention, but there was no empirical study on it. In addition, the influence of social capital on teacher's work was not proved. By a questionnaire on teachers from 8 colleges and universities, the paper studys the relationship between two capitals and work achievements of faculty. It indicates that both the human capital and social capital are beneficial to the work performance of faculty. Mass participation and differences in network have made positive impact on performance.
