摘要
以β-环糊精/硅胶键合相作薄层色谱的手性固定相,石油醚/乙酸乙酯/甲醇和石油醚/乙酸乙酯/乙腈溶剂系统为流动相,分离联萘类化合物对映体,在紫外光下或碘蒸汽中观察样品斑点的位置.12对联萘类化合物得到良好分离,相对比移值为1.16~1.65.文中对β-环糊精的键合量对拆分效果的影响及联萘类化合物在β-环糊精键合相中的保留行为进行了详细讨论.
Twelve pairs of binaphthalene enantiomers were resolved on the β-cyclodextrin (β-CD)bonded phase by thin-layer chromatography. The mobile phase systems were petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol and petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-acetonitrile. All solutes were completely separated and the values of relative Rf of isomers were in the range of 1.16 to 1.65. The preparation method andcharacteristics of the plates were discussed. The effects of β-CD coverage and mobile phase compositionon the enantiomeric separation were as well discussed.
