摘要
高职院校肩负着培养应用型技术人才、高素质劳动者的重任。在激烈的生源竞争和就业市场的压力下,高职院校要想生存和发展,必须适应高职教育改革和发展的要求,转变原有的人事工作理念,将现代人力资源管理的理论运用到高等职业院校工作之中。文章对高职院校人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行了分析,提出了搞好高职院校人力资源管理工作的对策。
Vocational colleges charge with prominent task of cultivating applicable talents and training labors of high qualities.Under the pressure of student resource competition and employment market,to survive and development and accomplish significant project,vocational colleges must adapt to the requirement of vocational education reform and development,transferring the original concept of personnel management,applying theory and practice of modern manpower resource management to its construction.The essay stated strategies as to improve vocational personnel management level on the basis of analyzing the problems existed in vocational colleges' manpower resource management.
