运用质量管理方法,针对科技项目进行原因分析,确认主要原因,制定改进措施并加以实施,减少了工作盲目性。管理技术与专业技术并用,增强了科技工作的严密性和科学性,树立起以事实为依据,用数据进行科学决策的理念。
This paper analyzes the scientific and technical projects with the quality management method,finds the main cause,puts forward an improved measures and implements it.This decreses the work blindness in the management and special technology,and enhances the tightness and the conception,which decides based on the data and facts.
