摘要
随着国家对中央企业信息化水平的要求提高,现阶段寻找一套适合中央企业信息化项目管理的办法越来越迫切。通过选取中国石油信息化建设为代表,介绍其信息化项目的特点及管理办法,并提出了改进建议。
Nowadays,it＇s more and more urgent to look for a set of informatization project management method,which is suitable for the central enterprises,with the increasing requirement from the country.The paper mainly introduces the characteristics and the management method of its informatization project,and offers some suggestions for improvement by choosing an example from the informatization construction of CNPC.
